Absolutely love the flavour and you automatically know it's actually natural. The pieces of tender coconut in the icecream was a delight and also the small chiku granules just added to the flavour

I had a disappointing experience at Naturals Ice Cream, Neeladari Nagar, on Feb 14, 2025, at 9:45 PM. When I asked to taste four new flavors before purchasing, staff member Ravi M rudely refused, saying, "You will take only one scoop and are tasting four flavors. I can't give you all new tasters as per company policy." His unprofessional and dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome. As a customer, I expect better service. Hope Naturals takes this seriously and improves customer experience.
