I order meal for 2 people but received only one Chicken Fried Rice,I called the restaurant no provided 3 times but no response then I reached out to Zomato Customer Care and they offered me Rs150-200 refund as Promo,but i declined as that will not replace the happiness i should have got have my lunch together with my wife.Money refund doesn't work in every situation and Zomato has make a habit of it,instead of blocking the restaurant for some days for these kind of mistakes as this takes out customer happiness.
