We went for a family dinner on 01 Aug, and our experience was horrible. Service was not available, no proper cutlery on table. Food served were undercooked, missing basics like salt etc. for the main course, everything was over and were not replaced, appeared food stock was not available with the restaurant, live counters had not much options L, they served a small bowl of under cooked pasta after waiting for more than 30 mins. Dessert section was another horrible story, no stock there too.. very little tasteless substandard options. Our experience was such that we have decided to never go for any buffet dinners anymore.
