The franchise owner needs to focus on improving staff quality. The employee I encountered was rude, spent the entire time talking on the phone, and refused a simple request to cut the item into two pieces. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was leaking water directly above the seating area, making it impossible to sit comfortably.
