In the beginning ibaco was a best icecream palrour in nagercoil town but nowdays ibaco was going down I don't know the perfect reason but I think ibaco was not like olden days not well train members handling.

Icecream flavours are all good but the staffs are serving us like unhappy not had a smile in there face and staffs are looking soo young no senior staff are there manager not in the store

Generally tasting option is available in Ibaco.. but here the staff was not inclined to provide the option. The place is not so clean with lots of mosquitos. However taste is good for the price and staffs can be a bit more friendly and maintain the place neat.
