I visited the Belgian Waffle Co. with high expectations, but I was very disappointed by the staff's behaviour. The waffles were perfect, but the staff were not polite. The worst part was when they started playing some songs that were very unpleasant to ears. The songs had loud noises, and annoying tunes. There were many good families in the place, but they did not bother to change the music or lower the volume. We tried to stop them from playing the music, but they did not listen to us. They showed no respect for us or for the other customers. This shows how unprofessional and insensitive they were. We left the place as soon as we could, feeling angry and disgusted. I will never go back to this place again, and I do not recommend it to anyone who values quality and courtesy. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a waffle house.

Very bad experience!! Specifically I called them to say that add cheese nd intentionally dey did not I have been eating belgium waffle of surat mumbai bt no one ever treats like dis with customer! They specially want customer satisfaction bt navsari belgium waffle man he dnt know how to talk also donno how make wafflea it was all burnt nd with no cheese nd white chocolate

Also I called them Tu complain so irresponsible they are dat they don't recive calls so arrogent
Iam a youtuber nd also influencer if I dnt get any rply I will put it on live
