TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I ordered a waffle for Rs 100 during their National Waffle Day sale at 10 PM and was told to pick it up at 1:30 AM. I couldn't collect it then due to unforeseen circumstances, and the next day, they refused to provide the waffle or a refund. Poor customer service and unprofessional handling of the situation. Be cautious with their policies!! Overall, I am disappointed with how my situation was handled and would recommend that the Belgian Waffle Co. to improve their customer service policies to avoid similar issues in the future.
