Had a hair in my ice cream, and when i went to tell them, the lady snatched it out of my hand, removed the hair, and asked “where is the hair, there is no hair.” Trying to be oversmart, instead of simply accepting her mistake and resolving it properly. No concept of customer service and just an oversmart typical indian aunty running a place that sucks. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
