Very Disappointing Experience at Manipal Outlet. I went to the Belgian Waffle Co. at 10:35 PM, only to be told they wouldn’t take my order because they were closing. Strangely, they were still accepting orders on Swiggy. When I pointed this out, the staff simply told me to order online instead. I even offered to take the order as a takeaway and not dine in, but he refused. There were other people still eating there, so clearly, the place wasn't shut yet. The staff insisted they don’t take any orders after 10:30 PM. I've visited other Belgian Waffle Co. outlets before and the service has always been friendly and welcoming. This was a very bad and disappointing experience at the Manipal outlet. Definitely not what I expected from this brand. Service: 1

Went here with my friends and ordered the lotus biscoff waffle with vanilla ice cream. The waffle was warm and crispy which paired with the lotus biscoff and cold ice cream was just increadible. Will definitely come here again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1–200
