Just tried their Pastry Cakes -Nutella Chocolate -Dark Chocolate -Brownie -Red Velvet Turkish delight. Except Red Velvet all were disappointment, looks like they are using very cheap chocolate mix.. no flavour of Nutella in Nutella cake. Really need to improve on taste. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

It was a bad experience at manipal branch the lady is very rude every time she is speaking..... whenever we are going she is treating us very rudely ....and not giving response properly......is that the way to speak with customers???...we are trying to behave nicely but that lady not letting us.....
