Dropped by The Belgian Waffle Co. around 1 AM, and to my surprise, it was open and buzzing with people even at that hour! The place has a small seating area, but the vibe was lively and energetic. Despite the crowd, service was quick and the waffles were absolutely delicious warm, crispy, and loaded with flavor. Perfect spot for a late-night sweet fix. Definitely coming back!
