I understand that working in customer service can be stressful, but I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy. The staff was very rude, there were 2 girls & 1 of them was talking rude with us. I’m disappointed with them & even with the waffle! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The Belgian Waffle Co is one of the best shop. I had Belgian Chocolate waffle which was awesome. Shopkeepers were really polite. I would like to visit again.
