"Appalling service by Baker's Basket! Despite multiple calls, they've ignored my cake order for tomorrow's birthday party. Repeatedly promised to 'call back' but never did. Unprofessional and unreliable. They're not just ruining my party, but also their own reputation. Unacceptable!. If they don’t want orders tell us straight fellas.
