I ordered a dark chocolate almond flour waffle with vanilla ice cream as an add-on through Swiggy. They didn't include the ice cream in the order. I had clearly mentioned in the instructions as well. This is the second time this has happened at the same outlet, how careless can they be! I had specifically mentioned it in the instructions because they had forgotten it the last time, but poor service and zero attention to detail. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i had placed order something and they had given me something else and after complaining they are saying that in there system it was showing how could it be possible. In my order details it is showing what i have ordered so whose mistake it is, there(The belgian waffle co. or zomato's app.) The way they treat there customer is totally disappointing. If you can't help about it but then atheist accept your mistake there is no big deal. Now onwards i'll never order from The Belgian Waffle Co,
