I have been here couple of times as I am a big BR fan, so as there was an offer at all the Baskin Robbin outlet, I had to be there. But to my surprise they were only giving 1 scoop per person as ice creams were over, had they done this with every coustomer I wouldn't have complained., because I saw them giving 8 scoops, 10 scoop to the customers just who were ahead of me. So after standing in the line for more than half an hour I returned without the icecream. Few suggestions before you provide any offer. 1. Plan your offer right from the beginning of the day. 2. Stock up so that you treat all the customers who have come to the store. 3. Per person 1 scoop should be the rule not an option to save yourself. Never expected such an irresponsible management from a reputed brand like Baskin Robbins.
