I visited The Belgian Waffle Co. and ordered their Café Mocha Waffle, but honestly, it was such a letdown. The waffle was way too soft and soggy — it didn’t have that crisp bite you expect at all. The mocha flavor was barely there, and overall, it just tasted bland. Even the toppings felt artificial and didn’t add anything special. For the price I paid, I was expecting a lot more in terms of quality and taste. The staff didn’t seem interested either — no smile, no proper service, just handed over the order and moved on. It felt like zero effort was put into making or serving it. I had high hopes, but this was truly disappointing.
