I generally don't take to any platform to write about inferior service but what happened today at your outlet in Hiranandani Meadows, Thane is absolutely shameful I had come with 2 kids for their love of your waffles and made a sincere request of having the waffles split into two cones. After the random attitude thrown by your measly staff, I was asked to pay twice the amount for getting two cones for 1 waffle. I immediately asked to speak to the next up and the area manager (shahnawaz) was equally arrogant and proved to be as incompetent as the ground staff. Led me to raise queries about how you are managing your on ground staff, does 1 extra cone lead to a double pricing? Absolutely befuddled by the stupidity of running a shop in the name of a business. Good luck surviving, specially when you get so many negative reviews from customers appalled and frustrated by policies that lack any sense Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
