This is the second time I’ve been disappointed with this shop. After paying and confirming my order, I was informed that the items displayed on Zomato were not actually in stock. I was then called and asked to choose an alternative, to which I agreed. During the call, I specifically mentioned the name to be engraved on the cake, but this was completely ignored. The cake delivered was plain, unattractive, and not what I expected. Very poor customer service and misleading listings. I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this shop.

pizza was one dump of dough rather than separate slices because of poor packing. use of mayo instead of cheese. No salt in fries

Horrible Experience - Cockroach Found in Food! I ordered a sandwich from Deliure & The Eatrium at the Vasant Vihar outlet in Thane, and I am absolutely appalled by the experience. When I opened the sealed food box, there was a live cockroach crawling around on the food. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of hygiene in their kitchen. When I contacted their representative, instead of taking accountability, they tried to brush it off, claiming the cockroach somehow came from the delivery partner’s bag—even though the box was sealed, and I opened it myself. Clearly, they are unwilling to acknowledge the issue and have terrible hygiene standards. If you care about clean, safe food, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. It’s not worth the risk!
