This place provides food delivery for the convenience of its customers. The appealing staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Prices at this spot deserve attention since they're average. The calm ambiance will be exactly just what you need after a hard working week. Very poor experience with our takeaway, we used to often visit this store. Yesterday, i had gone with my family members to and bought some bakery items and pastries with a bill amount of 1000 approx. around 10:25 PM. We had 2 bags, separate bags for Bakery and pastries and Unfortunately the staff did not pack the pastries and we also dint release, thinking staff would have packed it, but stored charged us in full. Today in the evening when we went and explained them - firstly the staff was very Rude, especially the manger ( not in uniform) saying how can I believe you and then denied not packing and upon showing the bill and asking to check the cctv. Was like okay, I'll give the pastries, thinking we were lying and doing a favour to us by give those pastries. Felling disgusted, we dint take any pastries. It's not about 2 pastries, it's about CUSTOMER Service, which is very very poor. Behind the counter staff is also very unprofessional. You might have a good items but when a food outlet behaves and unprofessional attitude towards customer, you definitely loose customers. Service: 1

Horrible Experience - Cockroach Found in Food! I ordered a sandwich from Deliure & The Eatrium at the Vasant Vihar outlet in Thane, and I am absolutely appalled by the experience. When I opened the sealed food box, there was a live cockroach crawling around on the food. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of hygiene in their kitchen. When I contacted their representative, instead of taking accountability, they tried to brush it off, claiming the cockroach somehow came from the delivery partner’s bag—even though the box was sealed, and I opened it myself. Clearly, they are unwilling to acknowledge the issue and have terrible hygiene standards. If you care about clean, safe food, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. It’s not worth the risk!
