Crispy paneer wrap, coating was super hard and oily. paneer was stale.I think the paneer patty was fried again and again

Please change your packaging to paper. This aluminium foil is storing moisture and the food is no longer crispy. Its totally soggy

We tried KOGO and Katty'z simultaneously, and we don’t know why Katty'z has a better rating. We tried the cheese overloaded corndog, and it was pretty average. Honestly, the ambiance is poor, and the service was nothing special. Overall, it was a pretty average experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.
