Honestly this place is an imposter , trying to copy Belgian waffle but can’t even meet their standards or quality , they provide the exact same description of the waffle like Belgian waffle but you in turn get fooled by receiving something really nasty , I really have no idea what I’ve just eaten , I almost felt like I was being poisoned . I hate the taste and quality it sucks really bad watch out for these chain of outlets known as the waffle bar to ensure no ones gets scammed the way I just did . Had a worst experience with a nasty lady at the BG, Margao today. I don't know exactly who was that lady whether she was an owner, The Manager or just a normal staff..Me and my Friend just happened to enter inside and we started glancing through the menu...this nasty lady holding her mobile in the hand started abusing us saying that we won't serve u the waffles now and come after half an hour but we could see that the waffle making were in the process...we asked her whether it's their break time o smthing but she was alreasy very aggressive and just said with an attitude that she has a lot of work to do now...realy??more important than your customer?...The expressions on the face of staff itself gave us an idea what kind of lady she is...If she is hvng any personal issues going in her life, she should sort it out at her home and not at her work place...by showing this kinda artitude to the valued customer she is only digging her own grave.
Having said that, if this is the way you are treating your customers then just wait..ill Fortune is on it's way...
