I used to really like Nanbai until I saw cockroaches at at the counter on two different occasions, which is very concerning for a food place. A few months ago, I spotted one on their food at the counter. The bakery items aren’t fully enclosed, which makes it worse. I was so disgusted that I stopped visiting, even though I used to like Nanbai in the past enjoy their cold drinks and croissants. On my most recent visit, I saw another cockroach near the takeaway cups. I informed the staff and even wrote an email to Nanbai so they could do something about it. Sadly, they didn’t care enough to even reply hence writing a public review. It’s unfortunate and sad that some brands don’t care about their customers or basic hygiene. This is a serious concern and can’t be overlooked sooner or later, everyone is going to notice. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Been visiting Nanbai for over a year now..Love everything about Nanbai! Beautiful cafe! Lovely vibes! Good food! They also give you points where you can redeem and get free food or coffee..i got a free cake just in my second visit...Perfect spot to chill, take on a first date or even work on your laptop with great coffee and greenery all around!"
