The service was extremely poor. The order was accepted even though the store apparently had no intention of delivering it, later making excuses that the store was closed If the store was closed, how was my order accepted in the first place? And why did it take 40 minutes to inform us that the order couldn’t be processed and we would receive a refund? Can a refund truly compensate for the time wasted and the inconvenience caused? When we contacted the delivery person, he was already at the store and mentioned that the staff wasn’t handing over the parcel. If the store was open enough to have staff present, why wasn’t the order — which had already been accepted — prepared? Even worse, when we called the restaurant, their response was shockingly casual: “Hum to restaurant ke bahar baithe the, pata nahi order kaise accept ho gaya.” Is this the standard of customer service you intend to offer? Highly disappointing and completely unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The size was too small , the images don't do justice with what gets delivered not happy with the quantity, seemed like small cookies i expected better from The Belgian Waffle Co.
