Worst experience.. the attendant on there stall was very rude .. there was no customer except us .. he took our order after that he was busy in his own work and ask us to wait when we said u should first do free the customer standing on the stall .. he said no we have to wait first he will finish his work after that only he will make our order .. if he was so busy in something else y he took our order and except from us to wait for him .. when we said refund our amount.. he said u go from here after 3 days it will come to ur account.. he atall not interested in attending any customer nor he knows how to talk .. dont even have any concern.. we went from there paying for our order but didn’t receive the thing we ordered.. Service: 1

Worst experience at the outlet in Gaur city..... just around in the month of March.. we had mocha almond fudge brownie... we liked it the most and in our next visit on 2nd June we ordered the same ... the delivery was quick compared to earlier but surprisingly the taste was too worst... it was not at all the same ... it was not thick.. it seemed like skimmed coloured milk.. no chocolate or brownie taste ... the almond was so coarse. When I asked the guy if he had missed any ingredient he told it may be due to blending more.... no way ... not an acceptable reason as the almonds were still coarse... when asked where I can give the feedback he mentioned I would have got an SMS but surprisingly I didn't get any message till now about my purchase nor any bill from that guy... when asked about this he told it will take time for SMS and his machine is not working to get the bill... I mentioned that the delay in SMS was not the case before... yet no useful conversation happened... I didn't wanted to create any scene ... so I just came back... so overall I had paid cash for regular milkshake tasting so cheap.... this is for sure that we will never be back to that outlet... I would request the concerned team of Keventers to look into these kind of matters seriously..... our family was a fan of this outlet since the opening of this mall... but now will never visit again... Food: 1 Service: 1
