absolutely horrible service. we ordered two waffles, and we were served with subpar and soggy waffles. one waffle fell down by mistake and we asked the cashier to replace it with another, to which he replied affirmatively. when we followed up a few minutes later, he played clueless and said that we will have to pay for a replacement as that is the store policy. i have not seen such a profit-centric store as the Infocity outlet. it seems ₹120 takes clear precedence over customer support and equitable resolution. The rude behavior and mediocre waffles made the entire experience very unpleasant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in
