I ordered three pastries and one brownie, but instead, I only received one item, that too not the one I actually ordered. It was my wife’s birthday, and this completely ruined the night. I placed the order at 11:30 PM, hoping they’d understand it was urgent, but maybe they didn’t have enough stock or something went wrong. I also tried contacting customer service but haven’t received any response. It’s not about the money, it’s about the disappointment and the special family moment we lost.
