Disappointing Experience at Barbeque Paradise, Zirakpur We had high hopes when we booked a table at Barbeque Paradise in Zirakpur four days in advance from Faridabad to celebrate our son's exam results in zirakpur. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. Despite our advance booking for a special celebration, there was no arrangement or acknowledgment of the occasion when we arrived. It felt like our booking and request had been completely ignored. The food service was slow and unorganized. Items were either served cold or after repeated reminders, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. To make matters worse, the bill was unclear and seemed inflated, and when we raised concerns, the staff showed little interest in addressing them. Overall, there was no sense of customer value or courtesy, and what was meant to be a joyful celebration turned into a frustrating experience. Would not recommend this place for any special occasions or quality dining. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Snacks are kind of Ok, but Main Course is a disaster, even gravies are undercooked trust me you need to change your cook, Grill was not hot enough to keep the snaks warm, ambience is like having a meal at road side dhaba. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
