    I’ve been a loyal customer of this meat shop for over 3 years, but sadly, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. The last batch of mutton I received was of such poor quality that it didn’t cook even after hours of being on the stove. It was tough, chewy, and completely inedible. What’s worse is the noticeable drop in quality over the past few months. The meat used to be fresh and tender, but now it feels like they’re cutting corners and not maintaining standards. As a regular customer, this is truly frustrating and upsetting. Customer loyalty should be valued, not taken for granted. I really hope they take this feedback seriously and bring back the quality and service they once offered. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    Mr satish who answers the phone is one reason for ordering from smackroo. The singhara fish and the 1kg chicken with 4 drumsticks are a good buy. With mutton unfortunately the experience the second time was not good, too many bones.
