Trident being a part of the Oberoi Hotels, lives up to the top notch hospitality Oberoi is famous for. We went here for dinner with our 3 year old son and we were warmly greeted by our server Mr Roshan. Even though we opted for À la carte which would have taken 20-30 minutes, Mr Roshan offered us to pick up anything from the buffet menu to feed our son as he was hungry and getting impatient. Gestures like these always leave a memorable impression. His service was soo good that our kid insisted that he wanted to go back again to meet Roshan uncle and we were back again the next night for dinner. Food as usual was fantastic, and Dal Makhani at Trident is absolutely the best!

We stayed in the hotel for a couple of days. The breakfast buffet was really really nice. We also had food and snacks in the bar and really enjoyed everything! If you're looking for very well done international cuisine, trident is a very good option! They also have Indian food of course, but we didn't try a lot Indian. The service in the restaurant (and in the hotel) is extraordinary! They make everything possible for you! Everyone is polite and happy and try to do everything to make your stay just perfect!
