We’ve been visiting this restaurant year after year, and while the food has consistently remained decent, the service has been steadily declining. On our most recent visit, things reached a tipping point. We waited for about 45-50 minutes for our order, all while other customers came, ate, and left. When we inquired about the delay, the staff casually mentioned it was a “miscommunication,” but it still took another 10 minutes to get our food. The food might still be passable, but the frustrating experience with the slow and inattentive service really soured our visit. It’s disappointing to see a place we once loved losing its charm in terms of service. Given the steady decline, I strongly feel we’re not visiting again.
