Taste perfectly cooked ciabatta. Food delivery is a big plus of The Artisanal Baking Co (Pre-Order Only). The success of this place wouldn't be possible without the cool staff. Good service is something visitors like here. You will certainly appreciate the pretty atmosphere. Google users who visited this spot state that the most suitable rating is 4.7.

Detailed review : The Artisanal Baking Co. I came across TABC in 2022; if my memory is serving me right, they were sourcing their bread from TABC at the time, and they had mentioned that in their menu. I wanted to try out their stuff then as well, but it never happened for some reason. But, I did end up following them on Instagram soon after. I had been following their work for some time, and it was clear that it was a bunch of passionate people working together here. In Nov 2023, I dropped them a message asking if they teach baking. Unfortunately, they didn’t. Post that I moved abroad, and it was on my India trip this time that I made it a point to give them a visit. Since they are a take away place primarily, I will talk about the packaging instead of ambience. So, first impressions from the packaging. Clean, rustic branding, and I love how they use a stamp (or stamp-like) imprint of their logo on their paper bags. Gives it the vibe of a non-pretentious, neighbourhood bakehouse that you can count on. As you unfold further and take the products out, you are met with a minimal wrapping paper with a card attached to it outlining the ingredients and how to best enjoy the baked goods. Now when a baker cares about your customer’s experience to this level, you know they are doing something special. Having said that, me being me- I ignored the advice and had my breads straight out of the bag. I am old school that way. For packaging, it’s a 5/5 No question Now the food. I ordered only two things. 1. Rosemary and sea salt focaccia: Biggest air pockets I have seen in a focaccia that can only come from long bouts of cold fermentation and a strong dough. The crust was nice and chewy (i am sure it would have been crackling of I had toasted it, but I like it. The colour, beautifully even and deep. I absolutely loved the focaccia. 5/5 2. Everything Bagel: Soft, chewy and delicious. The flavours on this one were a tad sharp for me, but overall it was great. 4/5 Both the breads had a nice tang from the starter as well, which I really admire. I can say with some confidence that they might be serving some of the best baked goods in Pune- nay Maharashtra. For service, the food was ready when I arrived and was handed to me with a smile, more than enough for me. 4.5/5 Overall, I would rate it a perfect 5 for now, but I need to try more of their food to be fair.
