Please improve the packaging..my whole idea of gifting this went in vein...but the taste was heavenly awesome.

We regret to know about the problem you faced especially as it was meant to be a gift. Unfortunately even our hard efforts to provide the best packaging possible to all the products especially the cupcakes go in vain because the nature of the cupcakes is such that they need to be handled carefully and despite best efforts sometimes due to potholes other times due to gravity the cupcakes tend to topple over inside the box. We on our part tell the delivery executives of various platforms as well as all our customers to handle the cupcakes with care. If you have any idea on how we can improve our packaging we would be open to inputs. As for the taste being heavenly awesome I am glad that you enjoyed the taste although you were disappointed with the packaging.

Loved the cake, just the size seemed less for a 1kg cake. Eventhough weight was 1kg.

Recently I had been to LSD. It's located in Lane no. 5, Opposite Godrej Nature's basket, Koregaon Park.
It's a small cozy outlet with really courteous staff members. The setting is very casual and colorful. Pretty decor overall.

The cupcakes and cakes were fresh and super delicious. The cheesecake and the choco lave cake were perfectly moist.
And it's absolutely pocket friendly. It's a very good place for deserts.
Totally worth it.
