The Assa House at Assagao village in Goa is a quaint cottage converted into a restaurant. We chose the veg Tamil temple feast thali and the non veg Coromandel thali for lunch. The complimentary ragi drink helped to digest the food. They have a bar also. Service: 5

The Assa House in Assagao is one of the best French-European restaurants in Goa. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, set inside a beautifully restored Portuguese villa with lovely indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is full of thoughtfully crafted dishes – the tagliatelle, lamb confit and Sweet and spices Prawns with pita bread were all outstanding. The cocktails are creative and well-balanced, and the presentation is top-notch. The service was professional and attentive throughout. It’s a perfect place for date nights, celebrations, or anyone looking to enjoy fine dining in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended – a must-visit when you’re in Goa! Service: 5
