We went to neighbors after hearing great reviews about it but the food didn't live up to the expectations. Small portions, over priced menu, nothing out of the box here. Basic egg order was also not upto the mark, waffle was smelling of egg (not well made or probably not fresh). Coffee was good but not worthy enough to visit.

Was looking forward to Sunday brunch at Neighbors Goa given positive recommendations from friends and family. Unfortunately we were asked leave because we had our pet and family member with us even though the restaurant had ample outdoor areas and only 3 tables occupied. In Goa, and Assagao in particular, for a #notpetfriendly place. Thank you @Babaaurhum for rescuing us with an always excellent meal and vibe. Sorry @Ginnykohli - poor showing - nit likely to return even if we were without our pet.
