I don’t want to be paying to restaurants for FROZEN FOOD. Extremely poor quality. The Gyozas were frozen, didn’t even steam them well cuz they were not even properly cooked. Sushi, Salad, Vietnam Rolls, Baos - everything was UNAVAILABLE. If your chefs are on a leave, WHY would you not inform your guests BEFORE they are walking in? This was such a TERRIBLE experience, all of us feel so shitty after eating here. The only upside was the wait staff. Stayed and ordered 3 dishesI can take a bad service but don’t mess with my food quality.

POOREST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCEDAfter bookmarking the location and waiting with anticipation, I finally visited That Noodle Thing and had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Food Taste- 4/10 Service- 1/10 (Details below) I ordered 4-5 dishes, and none were impressive enough to make me want to return. 1) Black Pepper Sauce Chilli Chicken- Mediocre, lacking black pepper sauce and instead using black pepper powder. It was bland and tasteless. 2) Lotus Stem in Basil Sauce- This was, in my opinion, the best dish among them, so no complaints here. 3) Veg Classic Hakka Noodles- It seems they are unaware of the distinction between Singaporean noodles and Hakka noodles. "WHO SERVES YELLOW NOODLES AS HAKKA?" 4) Classic Veg Fried Rice- Completely devoid of salt and flavor. 5) Paneer Gyoza with Thai Curry- Great presentation, but the taste was average. 6) Drums of Heaven- NOW FOR THE BEST PART... I ordered at 10:45 PM and received my order at 11:25 PM after complaining at 11:20 PM. The waiter who took my order shamelessly hid in the kitchen, knowing he would face my frustration. The other waiters were laughing at my visible irritation, except for one... The chicken served was also undercooked and lacked marination. I urge the owner to EITHER IMPROVE YOUR BUSINESS (PARTICULARLY TRAIN YOUR STAFF IN HOSPITALITY AND COOKING TECHNIQUES) OR CONSIDER CLOSING, AS YOUR STAFF WILL ULTIMATELY CAUSE A SHUTDOWN.
