It is very unfortunate that while I personally ordered Puri Sabji Thali (₹240) this morning as parcel but Economy Thali (₹180) was handed over to me. As I trust the Apna Sweets so much i didn't even mind checking at the counter. Upon at home I realised that wrong parcel was handed over to me. This is utterly unacceptable behaviour from such an esteemed establishment.

The staff on duty not only behaved rudely but also served the food in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner. Such behavior is not acceptable, especially in a service industry where customer satisfaction should be the top priority
