A restaurant with a good service and bad food. That’s in short. Their service is top notch. Atmosphere is also good. But the food quality is bad. Also the serving is should be done properly. Ordered fried rice and it was served in a ceramic plate just similar to the serving plate. And about the taste had Mutton biriyani. The long rice is not for the authentic biriyani firstly. Had a very bad experience at Tharavattil Plaza. We had booked for the Onam Sadhya, but the staff were extremely rude in particular the Malayali staff. There is an obvious difference between ignorance and arrogance which was very evident in their approach.Onasadhya which is an integral part of the festival. They completely ruined the festive mood. It was our first onam dining out and might be the last time we do so. The food was just average, and the quantity served was very low. We chose Tharavattil Plaza because we had good experiences there earlier, but the situation has worsened now. If you are planning to have a Sadhya, I would suggest trying other options in Trivandrum.
