I had a very bad experience at this restaurant while picking up a Zomato online order. I had to wait around 45 minutes for the order, and every time I asked for an update, I was just told to wait. The front office staff was also very rude and unprofessional. If you can’t deliver on time, please update the estimated preparation time while accepting the order — you have the option to do that. It’s not fair to make delivery partners wait so long. We earn only ₹20–₹40 per order, and if we’re made to wait this long, we won’t even make that much by the end of the day. Stop treating delivery partners like we’re invisible. You’re not just serving walk-in customers — we also deserve respect and proper treatment. Tharavattil Plaza sounds like a convenient spot for office lunches with its proximity to many offices and a decent seating capacity.
