**Terrible Experience – Health Hazard!** I recently dined at Thane canteen, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. To my absolute horror, I found a piece of utensil cleaning wire in my soup. This is a serious health hazard, and it made me question the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen. When I brought this to the manager's attention, I expected at least some concern for their customers' well-being. Instead, I was shocked by their dismissive and rude response: "Put it online, we don't care." This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering eating here to think twice. If they can't be bothered to care about such a serious issue, I can't imagine what other corners they might be cutting.
