Dear Team, I visited your restaurant today at around 5:28 PM with my group, and I would like to share some feedback regarding our experience: 1. We were informed that the group area would only open at 7:00 PM, but the way this was communicated felt rude and forceful, which was disappointing. 2. After we entered at 7:00 PM, we tried to place an order, but were told that certain dishes (such as Chicken Tikka) would only be prepared after 8:00 PM. 3. This lack of clear and consistent communication caused inconvenience to our entire group. 4. If different dishes in your restaurant have different preparation timings, then it would be helpful if you could clearly mention these timings on your website or menu, so that customers coming from far distances can plan better and understand your service availability in advance. Not Good customer service is as important as good food. I request the management to ensure polite communication and transparent information for a better customer experience in the future. Thank you. Very poor service Coz the manager force to order food fastly and said "If you want to sit inside (in plane area) you have to order more food. He was looking to us to order food earlier and not even serves hospitality. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800

Visited Abhiman Restaurant in Thane with friends, but honestly, the overall experience was underwhelming. The taste of the food was average – nothing special or worth going back for. We mostly just ended up sitting there and chatting. The service was quite poor. The waiter forgot a simple cold drink order and brought it only after we had finished eating. What made it worse was how aggressively he asked for a tip, even suggesting we pay via Google Pay as if it was mandatory. There was no courtesy or feedback asked like "How was the food?" or "Did you enjoy the meal?" – which is basic in any decent restaurant. Overall, it’s okay for a casual visit, but definitely not a place worth choosing for good food or service. Wouldn't recommend if you're expecting a special dining experience.
