We ordered Veg Sevai. The Sevai had no vegetables. When asked, the attender said that Veg Sevai has only Carrot and Beans. I asked him to show the beans, as I could see not a single piece of beans.
It takes ages to build a brand and requires very little effort to kill it. If Thaligai should not end up being one of those run of the mill brands, then they need to reinvent themselves.
