Terrassen Café is hands down one of the best vegan spots I’ve ever been to! I tried their Dal Makhni and the Oyster Mushroom starter — both were outstanding. The dal was rich, creamy, and full of flavor without feeling heavy, and the oyster mushrooms were perfectly cooked with a smoky, meaty texture that totally blew me away. The atmosphere here is calm and earthy, a perfect match for the soulful food. The staff is warm and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about the dining experience.
