Very poor experience! Went for a date outing this place was sad and unhygienic. There were hardly people and staff ! Food options are very limited and there were sooo many mosquitos. Very terrible experience.

Food - Food quality and taste was Okayish not that wow factor you would expect. Service - It was a bit slow for us despite being we were the only group sitting in the restaurant. Ambience - Quiet and calm with slow instrumental music with some touch with gazal. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Had a very disappointing Onam sadya experience here. The service was bad, not all of us got served all the accompaniments of sadya, was served pineapple based vegetable dish even after telling and reminding about allergies, the serving was arbitrary (with some servers entirely skipping our table of 6), we had to wait for food to be served once it was over, serving staff was not aware of what was being served and they did not have a kids chair (had only 1 but it was in use apparently). To top it off, the payasam got over and instead of telling us the staff prepared elineer payasam using frozen over night coconut base which had spoilt. Tasted pungent, sour and ruined the whole experience. Told the staff, instead of an apology or a conversation about the service and food they got me another bowl of the same spoilt coconut payasam Would not advise for onam sadya experience. From other reviews it does appear they do justice to other food but stay away if you want onam sadya. Given that we paid 2k per person and it being a Taj property, the overall experience was just plain shoddy.
