I visited TERRACE in MERCURE KCP while my visit to Hyderabad… Terrace is a ROOFTOP restaurant located on the 12th floor of the HOTEL MERCURE.. It has an amazing rooftop vibes with LARGE LED Screen to enjoy music & Sports… Their bar is fully equipped with all the liquor necessary to create amazing cocktails.. .Their cocktails like KALA KHATTA JEERA MOJITO & TAMARIND GINGER MARGARITA r worth trying...I tried a few if their Local Specialities like MIRCHI BHAJJI, KODI VEPUDU - which is an Andhra style pan roasted chicken with mouth watering taste...Apart from that also tried a few ASIAN dishes like PLA RAD PRIK (thai crispy fish) & SHRIMP TEMPURA which was super delicious and truly authentic… ..Their BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN DIMSUM is worth trying… .Special thanks to the Manager MR. CHANDRAKANTH & CHEF SRIDHAR for helping me out amazing stay & curating a mouth watering Food experience at the HOTEL…
