Service charge was made mandatory as my booking and payment was through zomato. They tried to convince me that if I paid through card or cash they will remove it. I got frustrated and paid the service charge of 500 which is not mandatory. Pathetic!!!!

Had a wonderful experience at Lake District Bar & Kitchen. The ambience was peaceful and calming, especially with the serene view that truly offers peace of mind while sitting and dining. The Paneer Tikka was absolutely delicious — perfectly marinated, grilled to perfection, and full of flavour. One sincere suggestion for improvement: kindly consider creating a dedicated no-smoking zone. While the overall atmosphere is enjoyable, a separate area for smokers would greatly enhance the comfort of non-smoking guests. Overall, a lovely place to unwind with good food and a beautiful view.
