Had a worst experience ever. Initially they said you can’t make payment via zomato app and insisted to pay directly.I explained them about my booking confirmation and amount which I paid to confirm booking. But hotel person is not ready to listen and also raised a voice which made me disappointed also it was embarrassing in front of guests. I said that the hotel person that you are behaving rude and totally this is cheating.. after some time hotel person came back stating, I will give you a discount but pls agree to pay directly which is totally ridiculous. Not only us even others faced the same issue and the crowd started screaming later in urge that asked to pay via app. And the pathetic part is food. They are not bothered to refill the food even after asking for 100 times. Totally a waste of money. Dont ever go or recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst ever experience and wasted 9k for that food.

My friend and I had a fantastic dinner at Tepin Chilli, where we were warmly assisted by Nisha. Her excellent hospitality and thoughtful food suggestions made the experience even better.
