The restaurant caters primarily to the residents of Hotel Maris. The place is clean and service quick. However, the food is passable and nothing great to write about. The ghee roast I had ordered had a whiff of ghee and tasted like a plain dosa. The coffee is good but not great. The prices, however, are very decent, compared to the exorbitant price you pay at other places for similar food. If you want a clean place to satisfy your hunger but are not bothered about the taste, then this is the place for you. The place has adequate parking owing to the hotel. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

it was such an amazing experience, the food was excellent and ambience was calm & peaceful especially the sweet kozhakattai and the chole batture was v.v.good, the prices are reasonable and worth it .best for family visit .JUST LOVED IT Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Visited Anandam restaurant June 23, 2024. There is no restaurant manager to recieve people. When enquiring a table for 6 ppl, waiters are telling us if you find a place just sit. I have never faced this kind of response at any restaurant. Customer reception is zero. Please avoid going to this restaurant if you want avoid the embarrassment what I had to face. Follow Up Note to Vijay (Anandam Restaurant Manager) We visited your restaurant on between 7.30 PM To 8.30 PM. Four adults and Two Children. Post this experience we went to Palmgrove. There the reception is far better. Even though we had to wait 1/2 hr, a floor captain took our name and asked us to wait in lobby. It was my son decision to visit your restaurant since Maris, Woodlands, Ashoka and Palmgrove are few old veg restaurants. But without presence of floor captain I really don't understand what kind of business you ppl do. Sorry Vijay your restaurant reception was pathetic that day. Thank You. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
