Looking for Chicken, Ended Up with Paneer — No Regrets I was on a mission to satisfy my non-veg cravings, so I asked my auto driver to drop me at a “nice hotel.” He nodded like he knew a secret spot and bam! I landed at Hotel Temple City, only to find out it’s pure veg. Heart = broken. Appetite = confused. They didn’t even have a menu card, so I went with instinct (and pain): ordered mushroom biryani and paneer butter masala. And you know what? Shockingly GOOD. The flavor, the richness, it almost made me forget I ever wanted chicken in the first place. Now, the food came out in what felt like hyper speed, huge applause for that! But the staff? Let’s just say they could use a bit more caffeine. Service was a little slow on the response side, but once the order went through, it was like a kitchen rocket launch.
