Had a very bad experience in terms of food and service. Got hair in food and they were not even sorry but yes they did change but quality of food was poor . In short unhygienic. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This place left a lot to be desired. I'm not sure how it managed to receive a 3.1-star rating; it makes me wonder if those reviews were genuine, even though it's not at all a good rating either; it should be rated below 2 star. My friend and I decided to try their Masala Chai, which was disappointingly bland, and the Black Coffee, which was insipidly horrible. To make matters worse, I found fried rice and chili flakes in my coffee, along with an unidentifiable, unpleasant odor. Maintaining hygiene is essential for any establishment, and this place fell short. They charged us Rs 70 for a subpar coffee when I could have enjoyed a top-tier espresso at Patisserie Opera. Needless to say, I won't be returning, and you might want to reconsider your visit too. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
