I am writing this review on behalf of 8–9 people, and our experience has consistently been very poor. If Google allowed a minus rating, I would definitely choose that. The service is extremely bad—poor timing, lack of proper management, and an overall careless attitude. The owner and staff have serious ego issues. They don’t even bother to pick up customer calls. Despite being daily customers, we are repeatedly ignored and not given proper service or attention. Loyalty clearly means nothing to them. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. We have warned them multiple times and given them chances to improve, but the same issues keep repeating. That leaves us with no option but to share this honest review. This outlet is seriously damaging the reputation of the “Tea Post” brand. The brand management should carefully evaluate whom they grant franchises to, because experiences like this reflect very badly on the entire brand. I hope this review is taken seriously and leads to corrective action. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
