One of the worst experiences at KFC, Surat. The service was extremely slow even though the outlet was not very crowded. The staff seemed careless and unresponsive when asked about the order. After waiting for a long time, the food was served cold and below KFC’s usual quality. The chicken was dry, the burger felt stale, and overall taste was disappointing.
