I recently visited your restaurant and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the staff did not greet us or acknowledge our presence, and it took about 5 minutes before someone took our order. Additionally, the wait time for the Paneer Zinger Burger was quite long—34 minutes—while other orders arrived much earlier. The vegetarian burger also took a considerable amount of time to arrive, despite multiple follow-ups with the staff. It seemed that other customers were experiencing similar delays. I hope you can address these service and timing issues to improve the overall customer experience.
