Besides Asiatic Society, visit Tavern behind Trincas in the vicinity. If you never turned out to try Chinese cuisine, get your chance at this bar. The cooks here prepare good chicken skewers, pork and fish. It's nice to taste delicious beer.

1st of all, the ambience was amazing. Spent a really good Saturday evening with my friends here. Live music, discussions, ambience and good drinks created the right mood. Food was also nice of course. We’ve ordered devilled Crab which was absolutely fantastic. Chello kebab was okay. But the worst thing was the basque cheesecake. I’ve had cheesecakes before. But this was really not up to the mark. Wine and Gin cocktail was the best. Mocktail was also not bad. Trincas is serving the delicacies with fine dining experience for a very long time. So, just like everyone else, I also had this place on my wish list. Now it is checked I am really happy to be able to visit the restaurant. Again Its one of the authentic restaurants of park street area. We tried their spaghetti with prawns(prawns were cooked to perfection though) which was avg, but their chilly pork was yum. Their service is as usual too good, as like other authentic restaurants in park street. They also arrange live performances to set up the mood, sometimes they bring known celebs as well.
